This is definitely my favorite bun mi place. They load up my sandwich with soooooo much veggies and other stuff, it's always on the brink of falling open.
I usually always try to pick something new each time to try out, but Bunny's combo bun mi has forced my hand, I always want it, no matter what.
Even though I order the same thing every visit, I'm always in awe on how crunchy the bread is and how fresh everything tastes. Just thinking about it makes me happy and hungry, and I want some right now... BRB, I need me some bunny...
...
Back from my chow down!
The freshness of the veggies is what gets me every time. Man! I wish I knew where to get veggies that good. It works so well in the bun mi, and when it's the shrimp spring rolls too? OMG . -

It's unfortunate because this spot has so much potential. However, the fact that they close randomly and continue to extend their dates after their supposed re-opening date is ridiculous!
If you're gonna run a business, have normal business hours! -

Cheap, quality ingredients, and flavorful! This place was a surprise. I thought it was mostly sandwiches, but the rice noodle dishes were great. What's even better is having the papaya salad mixed in with their rice noodle dishes!!
My favorite item, however, was the combo sandwich! Their bread tasted fresh and crispy, the meat was thinly sliced but abundant, and the pickled veggies were deliciously packed inside!!
I'd highly recommend this place. I'm actually craving this now that I'm writing this review. Time to go pick up some food for lunch! -

Holy moly, Bunny is incredible. It's a small joint run by what seems to be a sweet mother and daughter. They do everything, and boy, do they do it well! Everything was fresh and popping with flavor. The Summer Rolls were delicious, albeit messy because they kept coming apart, and the Banh Mi is one of the best we've ever had. Would 100% go back if we're ever in Pacifica again!

If you're looking for a solid banh mi, you're in the right place!
My two go-to banh mi places have to be Bunny and Dinosaurs in Pacifica. Between the two, Bunny happens to have more for your value (slightly cheaper, filled full up with pickled radishes and carrots!), and Dinosaurs has more flavorful meat in my opinion. You can't go wrong with either if you're in the neighborhood.
With only two workers/owners, just be ready to wait slightly longer (15min or more) for your sandwich here. I definitely recommend the BBQ Pork (flavorfully marinated) and Pork Combo here. I also really like how they shave the pickled veg much more fine relative to other places, making it easier to eat! They use fresh french bread that is toasted nice and crispy too.
Definitely give it a try! I like to buy multiple and save it for lunch the next day ;)
